Welcome to Inlava. By creating an account or using the service you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use the service.
1. What Inlava is
Inlava lets you create AI voice characters and talk to them. Characters are powered by artificial intelligence. The service is provided for entertainment.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use Inlava. If you're under 18, you may use it only with the involvement of a parent or guardian.
3. Your account
Provide accurate information and keep your login secure. You're responsible for activity under your account. Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorized use.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to use Inlava to:
- break the law or infringe others' rights;
- create a character that imitates a real, identifiable person (their name, voice, or likeness) without that person's consent;
- harass, threaten, defame, or harm others;
- generate sexual content involving minors, or content promoting violence or hatred against people based on protected characteristics;
- attempt to break, overload, scrape, or reverse-engineer the service, or evade usage limits;
- resell or commercially exploit the service without our written permission.
We may remove content and suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.
5. Characters you create
You're responsible for the characters you create and the inputs you provide. You represent that you have the rights to any names, personas, or likenesses you use. You grant Inlava a license to store and process your characters as needed to operate the service. If you make a character public, others can find and talk to it — don't put private information in it.
6. AI-generated content
Character responses are generated by AI and may be inaccurate, offensive, or otherwise inappropriate. They do not represent Inlava's views and are not professional advice (legal, medical, financial, or otherwise). Use judgment.
7. Voices
Character voices are synthetic, produced by third-party providers and subject to their terms. Don't use voices to deceive or impersonate. We don't store recordings of your microphone audio (see the Privacy Policy).
8. Service "as is"; limitation of liability
The service is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Inlava is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the prior three months (or $50 if you paid nothing).
9. Changes & termination
We may update these Terms; material changes will be posted here with a new date. We may modify or discontinue the service at any time. You may stop using Inlava and delete your account at any time.
